This Upgrade does not include a festival ticket.

Upgrade your festival ticket and get out of the crowds for a breather with access to the official Download Guest Area - an exclusive area within the festival site. It's a great place to hang out and relax over a beer. You will be issued with your additional Guest Area wristband and you are free to come and go at your leisure as many times as you want. It is open from Thursday evening, all day Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Timings will be confirmed closer to the event and opening times are subject to change. 

Hot Ticket (Guest Area Upgrade) includes:

• Access to the Guest Area for your chosen days(s)
• Guest Area wristband
• Open throughout the day and even after the main arena closes
• Private bars
• Exclusive food options
• Undercover facilities
• Toilet trailers

Please Note:

• This is available as an upgrade only and there is no accommodation or festival tickets provided with the Guest Area Pass upgrade.
• One Guest Area Pass admits one person. Unless your mates also have a Guest Area upgrade pass or an RIP wristband they will not be allowed in with you.
• This package only gives access to the Guest Area - it gives no access to the RIP Campsites, The Village or Standard Campsite.
• You must have a valid arena ticket for the same day as your Guest Area Upgrade to gain entrance. 
• If you have purchased any RIP package you do not need to purchase a Guest Area Pass, as access to the guest area is already included. Please note this does not include Ready To Rock or Campervan Plus Guests.
• If you have accessibility requirements please call us on 0207 009 3484 before booking.
• Live Nation reserves the right to eject those disturbing the peace without readmission or refund.
