In order to access the Eco-Camp persons must hold a valid weekend camping ticket to Download Festival 2019 and complete the Eco-Camp registration form. Customers who only purchase a ticket and do not complete the form, will not gain access to the Eco-campsite.

Staying the campsite is free and we have lots of space. Places will be given on a first come first served basis, each booking can register up to 4 additional tents, and each guest must sign the Eco-Camp declaration. The names of all guests must be provided in advance in order to check in, contact information of the lead person will be required.

Age Restrictions

Under 5s not allowed (ages 0-4 years)

5-12 years olds must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult and each child will require a Child Ticket.

13-15 must purchase an ADULT ticket and be accompanied by a parent / guardian over 18.

Note: Download Festival will contain acts unsuitable for children

Parents may be asked to provide ID with proof of age if the child appears to be over 12 but holding a Child Ticket.

Don't take any chances - bring proof of age.

Ticket limits

Please note: There is a ticket limit of 6 tickets per person and per credit card on this event.

Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their order(s) and tickets cancelled without prior notice by Ticketmaster in its discretion. This includes: orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
