You must have already purchased a valid weekend camping ticket.

Customers who are camping will only have access to the lockers situated in the campsite area. Your lockers will not be transferrable to the lockers in the arena as these are exclusively for day ticket holders.

The perfect place for your valuables (such as phones and cameras), our campsite lockers sell out quickly so don't miss out!

Each locker is approximately 25cm wide x 15.5cm deep x 10cm high and is equipped with a USB socket so you can plug your cable in for your phone, camera, portable charge and other electrical devices. Your locker will be available 24 hrs a day during the festival and they are managed by security with CCTV monitoring.

You will be issued an electronic email voucher from Lockerhouse seven days before the festival, enabling you to register quickly at the Lockerhouse box office.

Planning to camp in the disabled campsite? Lockers for the disabled campsite will go on sale at a later date. Please email access@downloadfestival.co.uk  for further details. Please DO NOT purchase a Locker in the general campsite as these are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Ticket limits

Please note: There is a ticket limit of 6 tickets per person and per credit card on this event.

Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their order(s) and tickets cancelled without prior notice by Ticketmaster in its discretion. This includes: orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

Delivery Information

Please take your email confirmation and reference number to the Lockerhouse area in the campsite village where your name will be on a list.
