The Seat of Luxury will revolutionise your festival experience – male and female WCs to transport you from muddy field to Mayfair hotel.

Using fresh water vacuum technology you will have exclusive access to the most high tech loos ever seen at a festival.

And it doesn't stop there - with hot running water, vanity mirrors, hair dryers and straighteners and an attendant on hand to keep these lavatories spick and span.

The fully staffed toilets ensure that your trip to the loo is as swift and clean as can be, so you can get back to the fun stuff – although you may want to hang around and pamper yourself a little longer…

Whilst we cannot guarantee that the luxury loos will be queue-free at busy times, the limited number of tickets available will ensure you are sharing your commode with a privileged few, and your trip to use the facilities compromises nothing on service, hygiene and festival frills.

Simply order online, and arrive onsite with your proof of purchase and some ID. Our friendly Seat of Luxury team will tick you off the list, and issue you with a lovely SOL Wristband; meaning you’ll be enjoying beautifully clean and fresh facilities all weekend long!

FAQ

When will I receive the wristband for access to the loos?

Simply order online and arrive onsite with your proof of purchase and some ID. Our friendly Seat of Luxury team will tick you off the list, and issue you with a lovely SOL wristband.

What happens if some ones orders the ticket on my behalf?  

Please bring along a signed letter from the person who purchased the ticket to include: name of purchaser, address of purchaser, reference number and who they are giving the ticket to.

 Where can we find the Seat of Luxury? 
They are located in the village area between the campsite and the arena, please refer to the official festival map.

Do you offer a pay as you go service?  
At quiet times we reserve the right to offer a pay as you go service for the Seat of Luxury – this will typically not be available till after 14.00 each day.  

Will the toilets be near my camping pitch?

Depending on where you camp will affect the time to walk to your luxury loos.

Are there any Seat of Luxury WCs in the festival arena

Currently we only have the toilets in one location in the Village.

Do you have any hairdryers or straighteners?

Yes, we have stations with a number of hairdryers and straighteners dotted about - free for people to use.

Can we bring our own hairdryers and straighteners?

Please don’t bring your own hair tools as we will not have the space for people to plug in devices.

Do you have any showers?
No, we don’t have any showers. However, we are close to the public showers, also located in the village

What time are the facilities open from?

The loos are open all the way from 7am - 1am

Are you open on the Monday morning?
Yes, we will be open 7am – 10am

Why are the loos not open all day?
We keep the loos open for 18 hours a day while the loos are in highest demand, allowing us to keep the price of the ticket as low as possible.

Are there unlimited tickets for the seat of luxury?
Tickets are strictly limited in order to keep queues to a minimum and to ensure the experience at these luxury loos is not compromised

Will there be queues for the loos?
Despite limiting the number of tickets we sell, you may have to queue at the peak times.

How regularly are they cleaned?
The loos are permanently manned by our team of expert cleaners who will monitor and clean and replenish the cubicles as required

Will tickets to the loos be available at the event?
We limit the number of tickets available at each event, and should there be any remaining, these will be available for purchase at the event. Hurry; it's first come first serve

Are there any disabled loos?
We do have a disabled loo however please note that we are not located near the accessible campsite. A SOL ticket may not be suitable for those staying in the accessible campsite.

I purchased the ticket by mistake, can I get a refund?

If you have purchased the ticket by accident, please contact ticket master at least one week prior to the festival – any requests for refund less than a week before the event will not be accepted.
